The position is part-time will work as part of a team that helps young adults to complete their educational plans and assists in the development of a directed career path and to motivate, encourages, and supports youth in achieving their goals.

Primary Duties Include:

• Recruit eligible youth age 16-24.
• Enroll youth and determine long-term goals.
• Support youth in finding and maintaining employment.
• Provide tutoring assistance to improve skills and complete HiSET if appropriate.
• Provide resources and referrals for housing and other needs.
• Help with college enrollment and FAFSA if appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes including meeting performance outcomes, marketing, and community networking.
• Complete monthly follow up.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS/GED required. BA in Social Services, Psychology, Teaching or a related field with relevant 2 years experience in working with youth preferred.
• Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.
